Introduction
Foreman provides leadership and is responsible for: scheduling, coordinating, workplace planning, supervising, facilitating in cost control and verifying the safety, reliable and just application of all Labor Relations regulations and procedures, appropriate apprentice training and productivity of crew.

Desire Learning Objective

This course will help you to:

•           Communicate successfully verbal and composed guidelines and subtle elements

•           Present administration aptitudes

•           Maintain appropriate nearby points of interest (counting work records, time

            sheets, plant what's more, test records)

•           Comply with bona fide and statutory particulars

Theoretical knowledge:                                                                     One (01) hour daily              (25%)
